Welcome to the community. I'm sorry you're experiencing this. I know I've had the knot in my throat but I'm always a nervous nelly so it rarely does away unless I'm totally distracted by someone or something. I am sure there's got to be someone in the community who had had this happen and as soon as they see your post will reaping.
I agree with Lulabel on what to do for your eyes. Perhaps a cooling gel pack that you put in the fridge to help the feeling go away. {{{hugs}}}💕🙏🏻🌻😊

Welcome thoughts! I get anxiety attacks, without grepping as if I'm anxious. Sometimes it feels like something is stuck in my throat and I can't catch my breath, but it only lasts a few seconds. I also feel like I'm sweating, but there's no sweat. I have anxiety meds for when deep breathing doesn't help me. My eye lids are always tender and sometimes swollen. I also have lost lots of lashes. My problems are due to sjogrens. My eye doc told me when my lids are tender to place a warm moist cloth over them for about 5 minutes. Cold cloths would be good for swelling though. I'm not sure if this is helpful or not. Hugs love & prayers! 🙂💕🙏🌸
