upper cervical corrections

Oct 30, 2014 8:44 AM

Has anyone had any luck seeing an upper cervical Dr? They are different than a regular chiropractor where they adjust your atlas ever so gently to make your whole body aligned. When body is aligned all nerves communicate with nerves etc. Just wondering if anyone has done this.

only been to chiropractor and my pain did improve, sadly it's expensive, twice a week for 4 months but had to stop due to cost, gp will not fund, but will fund acupuncture!!!!! rediculous!!!!

I hear ya. It is ridiculous what is covered and what is not. Sadly chiro is not but Rx drugs are. I would rather stay off Rx if at all possible

me too! hate taking them and they don't work very well either, unfortunately NICE who dictate what we can have do get back handlers from drug companies, it's been on the news recently, which explains why patients are not listened to lol!

I was diagnosed back in June but have had pain for over 2 years. I cannot pinpoint what triggered it Though. I was good for the past 2/weeks then hit me hard after a stressful situation. Do you have pain everyday?
