I find that because of being home bound, that keeps me from getting much sun. I am usually vitamin d deprived. My endocrinologist recommends 5000 I.u of vitamin D3. I take double that myself. It has no negative effects. I also take glucosamine with chondrotine for my joints and lubrication. I take fish oil for the omega three which is awesome for so many things like cholesterol, your heart, your eyes to name a few. I take ubiquinol or co-enzyme q10. Ubiquinol is the pure form. It is great for the heart. I take c for my immunity I take iron because of low blood but an interesting fact about iron is you need vitamin c to be absorbed. Plus a daily vitamin. Magnesium is great for muscle pain. That is my vitamins and supplements. You probably wasn't looking for such a list. But an important thing I take for pain but it takes a while to help is Turmeric. You can't eart the spice. You need to buy the supplement with curcumin with a good dose. Best wishes.

I take D3, Magnesium, a multivitamin, B12, and L- L-Methylfolate (for MTHFR gene defect). I do think it helps. 🙂🙏💕🌼
