Welcome! I've been here for about a month. There are many that are diagnosed with fibromyalgia here. I have been diagnosed with chronic migraines that cause me to have numbness and pain throughout my body. This site is full of very supportive people :)

Welcome Learningtoloveme! I wish I could give you suggestions on the fibro fog, but I suffer badly, along with memory loads/dementia. I am think of something I need to do and two minutes later forget all about it.. I've got notepads everywhere. But I forget where I put them sometimes. Lol I hope you find support and suggestions to help you through. Hugs & prayers! 🙂💕🙏🌼

So you understand FlappyLady81, but I like the idea of sticky notes around the house.

Welcome learning, I am sure you will love this forum. It is made up of a lot of good people. They are here to assist you and listen to you when you need them. A lot of times we run into people who don't understand what it is like to be us and they may something very unkind. Usually it is a family member or friend who thinks we can do more or thinks our pain is comparable to every day little aches people get occasionally. And we just need someone to talk to who gets it. This is a good place for that. I hope you enjoy this site. We look forward to getting to know more about you.
