I would go to the nurse and let it out. It's important not to internalize/ compartmentalize too much when you are feeling so much emotions about what's going on. I would also ask your doctor about something more to help you too, it sounds like it would help! I hope you feel a little better soon after you rest maybe.
Sweetie, sometimes all you can do is CRY! It actually can help in many ways...don't hold those feeling in...let em out, have a good cry, then maybe just maybe you will be able to get a good night's sleep and Start over and keep trying tomorrow! Love, Terri
