I've been doing PT in warm water. It feels so good to be in the warm water and it was fun doing the exercises. But I hurt so bad afterwards. It built up, each time I went I hurt worse. Now I don't know what exercise to do. I thought warm water would help. Are there any suggestions?
Oh no... I do weight loss water aerobics, and i hurt but it feels good be in water an pressure leaves my body its the best... I was taught specific exercises i got on paper so i dont forget i can laminate them take them with me... I love it i can not exercise on land any more i always new i was a mermaid in another life lol😬💗 keep tryingv hugz
Yea it should be slow i only did so much my 1st time and she showed me what to do to warm my body up when my backs hurting sounds as tho perhaps the pt people were not fully doing there job... 😖 sorry water pt is best thing since pain meds lol
