Ways to help sleep and low mood and anxiety pls

Pls give me anything I am losing the will to live at the most everything is against me and I'm losing this battle.

You know at times when I’m trying to sleep, my mind is thinking of one hundred different things (wondering). Very difficult, but you have to try to think of nothing tell yourself your mind is a blank slate. Pray if your a religious person. Do deep breathing listening to your breathing slowly in through your nose and out through your mouth. You can also visualize in your mind some beautiful peaceful place you’ve been and put yourself mentally there. If it’s the beach, feel the warmth of the sun. Hear the seagulls. Listen and feel the gentle warm water if the waves. When you catch yourself thinking a negative thought tell yourself “STOP” to remind yourself to quit a negative habit. Try replacing that negative thought with a positive thought. You can control your negative thinking. Try to be gentle with yourself. We all make mistakes in our lives. Either what we’re thinking or doing or fail to do in our lives. Don’t be afraid to seek professional help. Remember we all care about you💜

When I can't sleep I also do the breathing slowly and I keepy eyes closed! Kinda like mediation! Good luck I hope it works

Oh because I have back pain I also use my heating pad!

You should call sucide prevention hot line, also call someone close to you, it doesn't matter what time it is, if they care about you the time won't matter!! If it's legal marijuana really helps. If it's not legal, get some CBD oil from health food or a Vape store it is legal in most places. You can some smoke it or put drops under your tongue. If you are religious--pray and keep praying!! I hope this advise helps!

Have you tried any of the binaural beats or meditation programs on YouTube? I put my headphones on my phone and listen in bed. You can pick something that is specific to relaxation or helping with anxiety. I find them to be helpful. Good luck.

My go to for sleep is medical marijuana. It work for me.
Also the is an older anti-depressant that works just as good it is called amitriptyline.
But you may not be able to you it if you are taking another anti-depressant.
EMS also helps (electromagnetic stimulation)
When I get my foot pain bad, I put it on and go higher that the pain I am having and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Next day is better for me.
I don't know where you are from. But I am in Canada ask you Doctor for a prescription for an EMS and you insurance company should pay for it.
I am truly sorry you are in pain, but you have to live for the good days.
