Damp/humidity/rain and/or cold triggers my OA Extreme heat or cold triggers my fibromyalgia My Sjogrens (burning mouth, aka mouth blisters & pain on tongue & gums; oral thrush & muscle &/or joint pain) flares up on & off without any specific weather changes. It can be absolutely beautiful weather and it can flare. But yeah weather changes are a definite trigger.
Weather really affects my OA and my Sjogrens Syndrome as well especially the cold, like the last week it’s been really chilly out so I’ve been in some really major flairs not to mention my fall so yup doing good here haha. Sitting in rhyme office waiting on doctor to come in, have a blessed day all🙏
