Weather change pain

Jun 28, 2016 7:34 PM

I have major pain flare ups with weather changes - Especially in my hands, arms, and feet. Has anyone found a product or trick that helps alleviate this type of pain? Narcotics knock me out (not the best state for the mom), over the counter stuff doesn't touch it. I'm currently using the curl up with a heat pad and pray for death method of pain management. Short of relocating to an arid desert....any ideas?

No I haven't, but until my pain reached an 8 I don't take rx pain meds. I have allergies and am limited on what I can use, so I do so sparingly. But I think trying to stay relaxed in my muscles helps. If I'm tense or have over used my legs or arms it makes it worse. I do use gloves when my hands & fingers get cold, and it happens at various times like 3 days ago. It's crafters gloves with the finger tips missing. I've heard others talk of taking Epsom salt bath soaks. I can't get in & out of a tub. I'll be praying you feel better soon! 🙂💕🙏🌼

I started taking a herbal supplement called zyflamend by newchapter that i purchased from my naturopath. It seems to help with the worst of the weather change pain for me. I think it's an anti-inflammatory supplement.
Also those compression/infrared clothing helps a little. I dont have Tommy copper, it's some bamboo thing i bought but it's the same idea. I have ones for my wrists.
Epsom salt baths and just keeping your joints warm in general.
