I prefer Pain Companion app on my phone because I always have my phone with me, I can download pictures and I prefer the style of PC app.

If I need to edit a log or add a log I'd forgotten to do then I use the Catch My Pain app on my phone.

I've never really considered using the laptop mainly because I always use my phone for most things and the only time the laptop gets used is for the kids homework or if I have to print out forms from the kids schools.

I use the app manage my pain. It's got a lot of features for tracking pain and you can get reports, make it into a graph, a chart, whatever. I like it because I can have the report emailed to me, theb print it out and take it to my surgeon.

For a pain entry I prefer the laptop. For everything else I use one of the apps.

I do this mobile app as well because it's always with me and I can just log in and show my pain management doctor where the pain is.
