What Difference between specialist?

Whats the difference between a vocational specialist, occupational therapist and physical therapist?
I have PT to try to do exercises and stretches to regain some strength in my limbs, low back and now my shoulder.

I dont know what vocational specialist is. Pt is stretching and exercises as you know. Ot is modifying tasks and your surroundings to make things easier.
When my bf has his knees and hip replaced the ot went over getting in and out of chairs and vehicles and how to use a shower chair and stuff like that.

Vocational concentration is vocation...employment/ jobs. Most likely to evaluate what jobs you can do and how they could be modified or what modifications you would need so you can do them.
