I’m just wondering as I was looking through the app, what everyone uses this for. Everyone could use it in a different way ; tracking pain levels, list of conditions / medications, happiness tracking, stress tracking, talking to people privately, getting help in chats, being inspired etc etc
Personally I use the app to join in conversations and to sometimes track my pain/ stress/ fatigue/ mood.
Originally it was to track my pain but it's become more than that. I enjoy the conversations and information shared within the group. It's made me feel better that there is somewhere for me to turn were other people can relate.
I've had private messages from people all around the world wishing me well and that is amazing.
I’m using it to track my pain and to get others perspectives on treatments and solutions to try, and sometimes it relieves stress to vent after a difficult time dealing with pain and issues that come with chronic pain
I find this app to be a valuable tool in managing my chronic pain. I use it as a sounding board to bounce my thoughts and frustrations at times. An educational tool, because we are never to old to learn. As a social network,that allows me to stay in contact with others who truly understand what it’s like to suffer daily with chronic pain. Most important, as a diary it allows me to track my symptoms, emotions, and pain sites. Furthermore I can list all my modalities/medications I use to manage my pain on a daily basis. I’d say it’s “priceless.” Thank-you Daniel for your knowledge and expertise. Thanks also to all my fellow warriors for your support in our on-going battle with the “Pain Monster.” [[🤗]] 🎄
