Giving myself enough rest but not just lying in bed if I can help it because it makes my body feel worse and eating a 100% vegan healthy diet. X

Heat helps me the most.I really hate pain killers. They are all bad for you in the long run, but you have to to what you have to due.

Long bath with tons of Epsom salts. Let that pull out all the nasty toxins and absorb all the good magnesium. Helps me everytime.

Knowing that it is temporary and it will pass. Just on the tail of four days non-stop. Exhausting. So frustrating when you don’t know why it happens. Barometric pressure, not pacing, often no rhyme or reason. Zeroing out into a good movie or even colouring a Mandala helps. Heat..and ice.
