Mine are now swimming, interested in learning yoga, and walking dogs through country lanes

Interested in what others enjoy

I like swimming because I can move easily in the water with no pain. Walking is ok. I like to go fishing & also metal detecting.

Never tried metal detecting, sounds interesting though

As of lately nothing because I've been in horrible pain the past three weeks. But I like to run and yoga. I'd hope to get back to those one day. I hear swimming is good for me, I just can't get motivated to do it because I don't enjoy it much.

Right now I do a lot of walking my dog. My doc wants me to do water aerobics.

I use to love horseback riding and running. Can't do the former because I don't know anyone in the area and I don't have my own, and last time I tried running I couldn't get past a mile because of my shoulder. :( Walking/hiking is good. Depending on your area you could combine it with fossil or gemstone hunting. Fishing is alright, sometimes kickboxing, swimming is fun, and I like yoga in a group but have a hard time with it on my own.

Getting in the pool with the dogs. It is too hot to walk them now. They love it and so do I. The movement in the water helps.

Swimming is amazing as well as bodyweight excercise, but with bodyweight excercise you REALLY have to pay attention to your body and what it is saying pain wise if you can find a good balance between pain and this type of excercise it works wonders for you energy level and overall confidence for the day.

Combi of wintherbathing and sauna - in my case for the last 15 years.😘
I got rid og problems with cold hands and feet😁
You get warm the veins opens so the blood can I reach every nerve in your feets.
Your body begins to produce every kind of the natural morfines called endorfines - good when I got serious problems with osteoarthritis in the knees.

And you got always in good mood after the sauna.πŸ˜‹
In sauna all social, racial and political differences disappear...

We love our club here in Aarhus, Denmark, maybe having most members in Europe - definitely in Denmark - 9700 members.

PS: our fibromyalgia members loves the sauna tooπŸ˜‚
