It is hard to say. I have to tell you that when the humidity is bad and the barometric pressure changes or it is really, really hot or really cold my body reacts badly. I wish there was a way to determine when it's the worst. If I could get relief, then maybe I would be better able to give you the answer to that question, Perhaps there are others who can better help you than I can.
I believe that extreme weather changes , especially the barometric pressure has something to do with it , I haven't thought about the humidity having an affect but we have been having a high humdity lately and my back has really been giving me a fit.
Thinking more about this, I am slightly affected by humidity, but mostly just the temp changes. Extreme changes are just so over bad. Living in central GA, we don't get really cold weather. But when we do it really increases my pain; every joint and bone! But it seems the muscles hurt more in the heat of summer. 🙏🌼
FayeBella, it is definitely NOT just you and certainly not in your head. I've been going through the same crap. Today the Fibro Fog had been bad as well. It has taken me 15 minutes to type this post because I can't think AND I can't stay awake. I will be praying for you to get some relief. In the meanwhile, I'll be pray for you to get some relief. 😊🙏🏻🌺
