I have fibromyalgia. Tramadol and Lyrica help me the most.

I have trigeminal neuralgia which amitriptyline and morphine mst work best for me at managing my pain, they don't take the pain away but just keep it managable x

Also I went gluten free. It took my pain level down by half.

Hey AnimalLover2 ... How long till you noticed a change without the gluten ... How careful are you about cross contamination? Thanks .. fyi I have a great gluten free black bean brownie recipe ...

I noticed right away within 2 weeks. I'm not real concerned with cc like celiac have to be.

I haven't developed a taste for black beans yet.

The only thing that gives me any sort of relief is a Pentazocine shot, and only for a couple of hours. Started on Lyrica a week ago, but haven't noticed any difference yet

Lyrica takes 2-3 weeks or longer to work. Or you might need a higher dosage.

I'm hoping it will kick in soon, I've got a month to see if it'll help at all. It's scary having just one option (Pentazocine) for pain relief. I live in fear that one day that'll stop working as well so I tend to try and ride the pain for as long as possible before getting a shot so my body doesn't get used to it 😢

After years of trying different things I'm down to more simple pain management then condition management.. I use a low dose vicodin, robaxin(muscle relaxer) and just started a low dose antiinflammatory Maloxicam (brand Mobic)
