What works best to relieve widespread pain?

I know I have been writing on here much. I've been in flare after flare after flare for some time now. Started on lyrica about a month ago. My neurologist wrote out a prescription for fentanyl patch, but frankly that scares the crap out of me.
I am In so much pain from the top of my head to the bottoms of my feet, that I really cannot hardly stand it.
We are slowly upping my lyrica since I only weigh 115. I hope I can stay that way. I've heard several say that they've gained weight while on lyrica.
As of now, I take aptiom, lyrica, effexor and lortab for my fibromyalgia. Embrel and folic acid for RA, dicyclomine for IBS, protonics for G.I Issues, pilocarpine for dry mouth due to sjögrens, and ropinerole for RLS, and lots of suppliments. 😕
My doctors are all scratching their heads trying to figure out what else to do for me.
I'm so tired of life passing me by while I sit in this chair praying for the pain to ease.
Sorry, just had to unload a bit.
I'm curious what you all do for pain. I don't have a pool or hot tub, and there isn't anywhere to go for a yoga class since I live an hour from the next city with a fitness center.

30 lbs gained on Lyrica! So the doc took me off and I have lost 13 lbs. However, I feel awful. Lyrica worked great. Just stuck now

I walk and I am on fentanyl patch. It has been a lifesaver. It is rough at the start with nausea but the difference in my pain level was so worth it.

I don't know your pain level but I have 10 different disorder and 7 of them are going to end up crippling me sooner rather then later, Ive been to 4 of america's top specialitists and they all say I have the worst fibro and dislocating joint combo they've ever seen, that being said, I go to a pain management doctor, He perscribes me 20MGs of Oxycontin 3 times a day, plus compazine for nausea. Depending on how you handle opiates, something to try, I handle opiates very well, it barely fases my pain and doesnt cloud my mind in the least so, everyone handles these things differently but its something to think about trying.

Miss Rose, I'm so sorry to hear of your pain and diagnosed illnesses. Goes to show that there's always someone worse off than ourself, and I'm so sorry it's you in this case.
My pain level differs from day to day, but there is always pain. I just adjust to it and take lortab. My greatest problems is nerve pain (small fiber neuropathy) caused from RA. And I have fibromyalgia in which I stay in a flare because of the nerve pain that effects my whole body. I was prescribed a fentanyl patch by my neurologist, but my rheumatologist and GP want me to give lyrica a good run first, saying that once I start down that road it isn't good. I just want to live again. I spend so much of my time in bed or in a chair. I use a walker most mornings but can manage without it through most daytime hours after meds kick in.
I don't know anymore. I'm so sick of meds, injections and supplements to replenish what I lose because of meds. It's a vicious cycle. I'm sure you know plenty about that though.
