My hands and fingers have hurt for 3-4 days now. Using this tablet or phone causes cramping in the palm of my hand from the thumb to pinky. I'm getting shooting pain into the last 2 fingers, along with tingling. My thumb aches and throbs. This has been going on for days.
Now today every joint in my hands, fingers, feet, & toes hurts. It's a deep, cold, stiff ache. And tonight my bones in my legs are feeling the same way. The cold sheets are actually sort of painful, like they're making me colder (in the bones, not my skin). I've actually had to fan myself several times today because I was hot. I don't understand what's happening? If it were winter cold I'd chalk it up to my osteoarthritis. But it's hot here. 🙏🌼
I have had that happen to me, Flappsy. The other day every one of my joints seemed to be so overwhelmingly painful along with muscle spasms and burning pain. When I put the sheet over me, it was cool and it made me feel colder but deep inside.. My skin was red and very warm. I didn't have a fever, although I thought that I did. It lasted a couple of days and then it went away. The pain management doctor said it sounded to him like some sort of really bad flare up of everything at one time and I was experiencing degeneration at that given time. I have lost more range of motion as per the range of motion measurements that he took. I am hoping that whatever may have caused you to have such misery lets up soon and you get to having less pain. As always, you're in my thoughts and prayers my Friend.. Please feel better and may tomorrow be a better day.🙏🏻🌻
