Kelly5, I've been having shooting pain and muscle spasms in my right arm since Friday, from below my elbow to my shoulder. I think it has triggered a migraine yesterday, and I'm still fighting it today. I also get sciatic pain down both legs. And it can come from simply sleeping and my SI joints get out of place.
Fatigue is hard to deal with because the only thing you can do is rest. And sometimes it takes weeks to get any energy back. Mine comes and goes with flares of fibrin, sjogrens, hypothyroidism, or even like iron. If you're staying fatigued you may have chronic fatigue syndrome, or maybe an autoimmune issue. There's also a possibility of Lyme's disease, if you were bitten by a tick.
Have you seen an orthopedist or pain specialist? If your doctors aren't helping find a new doctor. And track every single symptom, regardless of how trivial you may think it is. Track daily on this app, and enter details in the "notes" portion. Then email it to yourself & print it out, or email it to your doctor. Don't give up trying to find out what's going on. It took 5 years to dx fibromyalgia, and sjogrens & hypothyroidism, along with other dx were just dx last year. Hugs & prayers for strength to do what you must do! Let any non necessity wait, and rest. I know it's hard because I've been there. 🙂🙏🌼💕
They decided after many blood tests etc coming back with nothing that it was fibro for me but 2 months ago I asked to get my hormone levels checked after my sister I law saying she ends up sore and fatigued when on a certain contraceptive pill n suggested I should get that checked ad dispite years of blood tests never have they tested this! And yup, the readings are all over the place...got them retested last week just waiting on results.
Rj210, my GYN year put me on bio-identical hormone replacement cream, to rub in my thigh. He said he thinks my hormone imbalances could be affecting many issues, including rapid bone loss and pain. 🙂🙏🌼💕
