Winter weather

Jan 22, 2016 10:17 PM

Even though we aren't getting much snow here in Ohio, it is bitterly cold outside and body is reacting. Even with my heat on, I hurt immensely.

Bethann, I'm sorry that you're doing through such pain. Winter weather hurts me as well. You have to realize that since it is snowing that the humidity is very high and the barometric pressure is changing. I, too, am having a very high pain level today and on top of that I'm still dealing with remnants of pneumonia, have caught a bad cold and have an ear infection. The antibiotic is reaping havoc on my stomach so I have nausea and there's a migraine brewing. Once the storm passes, hopefully the pain will ease up. Try staying bundled up in soft and snuggly things that make you feel cozy and maybe read a book or listen to some music. Sending you gentle {{{Hugs}}} and prayers that you have a better day and your pain levels go down.πŸ’•πŸ™πŸ»πŸŒ»

Thanks, have myself bundled in and one cat under my arm and one at my feet, we are snugglers. They seem to sense when mommy doesn't feel well......some would say even though I only have the 2, that I'm the crazy cat lady...lol....they just make me feel loved and warm. 😻

You might try a heated throw? That seems to have helped me the most so far.

Bethann, It's between windy here and the cold is deep in my bones too. My dog and I are snuggled under a blanket. Warm hugs! πŸ™‚πŸ™πŸŒΌπŸ’•
