Won't be around much tomorrow either

Mar 03, 2016 6:20 PM

Hi everyone,
I've got a really hectic schedule on tap for tomorrow. Infusion at 10:00, surgeon at 11:30(just to have them evaluate before the weekend on that one spot, it was either come in tomorrow or go to the walk-in), and finally an emergency appointment with the urologist(starting to get signs of a UTI already).
I don't think I'll be around very much, but I'll check in later after I get settled. Right now, it's time for a steaming hot tub bath and then bed. My little brain can't process anymore. Good night.

I'll be praying for you. Rest up & take it easy. I'm going to be with my granddaughter all weekend, so I won't be on again until Sunday or Monday. Hugs, love, & prayers all will go well! 🙂💕🙏🌼

Flappys, I hope this is just a quick in and out appointment as it's not my regular surgeon(lucky me). But unfortunately This is the best I've got for today. It is starting to become very tender to touch and knowing from past experience, that's a sign that it's ready for surgical care.

Well, it's not quite ready yet per the surgeon. It's just tender at this point. Come back later on next week or sooner if I break a fever or if it gets worse. Hoping not to need more IV antibiotics but it usually takes about 10 days to clear it enough to not need to go back to the surgeon.

Alwayz, thank you so much for your help this morning. I was just about ready to run out of there in a panic, until I read your text message. That was enough to laugh enough to just get me through the worst of it.

Amanda, I would refrain from the hot tub baths as you are already having problems with urinary tract infections and with all the skin problems , wounds etc...probably do just a lite shower. Good luck,Terri
