Working out and being consistent during flares and extreme fatigue.

So I'm laying here thinking bout mybpaat life and the life I have now. And I'm watching a show that speaks on yoga. I've planned to use yoga to helpe stay flexible and moble. But as u all know it always seems to have something happen to get in the way like hospitalized family or even me or just plan bad days. So my question is what do u do? How do u stay on a program with the pain and stiffness we suffer from. It's more then mind over matter in my opinion. Before fibromayalgia I was 3 days a week for 65 to 90 mins plus 12 to 14 hour work days six days a week. So lazy is not a word I relate to.

For me, DMSO helped a lot, I seemed more focused and intentional although I still hurt.

Shorter workouts. I call it at 20 mins, and don't overdo it.

Newfibrogirl, my doc wants me doing 15-30 every day. But I just can't, and I don't beat myself up about it. I feel accomplishment with 3-4 days out of the week. And if I can only manage 10 minutes, so be it. I refuse to overdo it and pay for it later! 🙏🌼
