I filed for intermittent FMLA, today I was called into the office and have to resubmit my paperwork because my doctor was "too vague" they offered back 1 personal and 1 vacation day or I can resubmit. I chose resubmit. Yeah, the time coming back would be nice, but what if I have one too many "high pain" days. Or 1 too many migraines. I could get FIRED!! The potential is too much to risk not getting FMLA.
