Animallover2, when I was taking care of my Aunt I had to take her off Ambien because it made her sleep smoke! She almost burnt down our house and my ex's 🏠! Once she was off it she stopped sleep smoking and she slept better. A friend of mine also had taken Ambien and she would sleep drive and she ended up in a very serious car crash that left her paralyzed for 3 months. Please be careful on that.
I am the same way, I had to take my kids to school this morning because of the weather but that alone was a challenge because of my Flair, but when I got home I crashed and woke up at 1pm!!! I am always exsausted and I have a hard time getting through the day.
I'm always exhausted as well, I hit the brick wall often, where I just can't do another thing or even lift my arm (so it feels!), where everything is just too much so I try to sleep for an hour which turns into two then, even with my meds, I only sleep 2-3 hours at night. There are nights that my body just crashes because I'm soo tired, where I sleep for 6-7 hours but when I wake up I feel worse than I do on 2-3 hours sleep! It's a visious circle where I have no balance..... it's either not enough or too much 😟😴😞
I do take a vitamin B complex to help boost my energy levels which has helped a small amount along with evening primrose oil with starflower oil which seems to help with my moodiness....my kids know if I've forgotten to take it, I get cross more easily apparently!!!! I also take a magnesium supplement, it helps fight fatigue and it also helps with nerve function and helps relax your muscles. I've found it has helped tremendously with my muscle twitches, they're not as severe anymore or as frequent. I also have an electric diffuser in my bedroom which I put lavender essential oil in the water and have it on when I'm in bed to help relax me more, I'm not sure if it helps me sleep any better but I do find it soothing and I relax quicker.
